Irish actor Patricia Leventon won the inaugural Advertiser Fringe Award of excellence for her colorful portrayal of James Joyce’s 'Molly Bloom'.

Unley Youth Theatre won the second Advertiser award of excellence with its production of Alfred Jarry’s Theatre of Absurd play 'Ubu'.

Inside Out Theatre Company from New Zealand was presented with the third of the Advertiser Fringe Awards of Excellence for their play 'The Loved and Beloved'.
