Finnegan's Wake

A dramatisation of James Joyce's book. The tales of Shaun the demagogue and missionary, Shem the penman who makes the dead speak, and Anna Livia Plurabelle, symbol of hope and renewal are told with all the wit, humour, farce, poetry and pathos that abounds in the text. With the aid of popular song, vaudeville gags and music, an image of life is created by this versatile and talented group Australian premiere in James Joyce's centenary year.
