Melbourne film-maker, David Stranger, presents a selection of some of the recent developments in 16 mm independent film. Eccentricity and diversity characterise these films. They are individual expressions focusing on the plight of alternative cultures: the hippies, the radicals and the unemployed, and on middle class Australia.
