THE THREE DAY NOVEL CONTEST

Community Event
Presented by: Fabels Bookshop, Kookaburra Press and Landon Press

Write a novel between 3pm, Friday, February 26, and 8am, Monday, February 29. The prize is to have your novel published by the end of the Festival. Be in it. You have nothing to lose but your anonymity! Two Sections: OPEN and YOUNG WRITERS. ENTRY FORMS available at: Fringe Office, Public Libraries, Bookshops, Landon Press. This is a new project area for the Fringe, inaugurated in September last year. The basic aim of the Community Writers Advisory Sub-committee is to encourage the development of new writers and writing at a community level through writing workshops for beginners, and seminars outlining the steps towards publication. Anyone interested in becoming involved should contact Emily Sutherland (Convenor) at Landon Press or Tony Cox at the Fringe Office.
