A farcical tragedy in which Picasso's sensual language uncoils violently into playful images of destruction bringing us "behind the behind of the story which so deeply interests and grieves us." Onion, Big Foot, Tart and the Anxiety Sisters are repeatedly annihilated but return with more despairing cries of pleasure. A riotously erotic tale of desire, war-time and food.
