Everyday life and spirituality are intertwined in the arts and crafts of Central Arnhem Land. Woven objects such as fish traps, nets and mats also appear in bark paintings celebrating the events of the creative ancestors of The Dreaming. Woven imagery explores these relationships through the work of the most skilled artists in Manangrida and its outstations.
