Bring the family and join in the fun and excitement of the Festival Fringe. On Saturday afternoons throughout the Festival, the Fringe throws open the doors of the LAC for music, magic and mayhem, special shows as listed will be presented for the whole family; be amazed and dazed with additional Fringe performers to surprise you.

NGILIPI DANCE THEATRE

Traditional Dance Performing traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island dances as well as their own unique blend of traditional and contemporary dance styles, this company is visually dynamic and culturally challenging. As graduates of the Aboriginal Islander Dance School in Sydney, they have combined their talents and skills in a production designed to promote an awareness and understanding of Aboriginal culture.

PATSY BISCOE AND THE COUNTY ZOO

The Magic of Fun and Music A zany introduction to music from some of our favourite performers. Interspersed with Humboldt's irrepressible tricks and magic, Patsy Biscoe, Humboldt the Clown and Deane Johns present a concert of folk songs, soft rock and silly songs in a gentle style appropriate for the very young.

UNLEY YOUTH THEATRE

The Twits Guaranteed to delight, amaze and tickle your funny bone. Watch Mr Twit eat worms, see the great upside down Monkey Circus, steer clear of Hugtight - the strongest glue in the world, and join in on the biggest trick played on Mr and Mrs Twit. Incorporating music, singing and dancing, the Twits is pure entertainment for 8 to 80 year olds performed by Unley Youth Theatre's 10 to 25 year olds.

ENTR'ACTE THEATRE

The Memory Room Five performers move in and out of an open sided cube. They tilt it, they tumble it. It is a mind off balance - a play thing. This moment is the only time there is. Using narrative voice, operative song and vivid imagery, Entr'acte explores memory and technology, perception and self identity, dreams and the senses. A celebration of the human spirit. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Entr'acte's movement-based theatre has resulted in dynamic theatrical performances which have successfully toured through Europe and Indonesia. FLYING WOMBAT MUSIC

A Family Concert A joyous celebration of funny songs, action games, magical figures and hilarious juggling, this concert combines toe-tapping singable gems, wriggle ridding action and giggle-a-minute parodies. Fun for all the family.
