Formed in 1990, CANBERRA SAXAPHONE QUARTET performs compositions by the group members, Australian composers and other established saxophone quartets. The group plays music of the highest quality in a wide range of styles from 20th century music to free improvisation as well as developing an original sound through its own compositions.
