THE GRAPES OF WRATH directed by Rob Croser. Frank Galati's powerful moving adaptation, for Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre, of John Steinbeck's masterpiece. Follows the Joad family's migration from Oklahoma's dustbowl to California in 1938. Celebrates the triumph of the human spirit over the adversities of nature, economic injustice and an uncaring society. Winner of two "Tony" awards, Broadway, 1990.
