Danton's Death

Spring 1794. The French Revolution is nearing its gruesome finale. Late one night, Georges Danton, lawyer and member of the revolutionary government is arrested for treason. At his trial, no witnesses are called and the accused is forbidden to speak. He is condemned to death by the very tribunal he helped to create.
