Exhibit, don't inhibit! That's the theme of the program set up by the Fringe Underground, an energetic squad of 15-26 year olds. Designed to encourage a free flow of ideas from young, creative minds, Fringe Underground will fuse off-the-wall visual arts with music, dance, film, poetry, fashion and dance.
