This super-8 shoot-and-show film festival is back after the wonderfully bent reels produced in the 1994 Fringe. Through the eyes of 50 roving super-8 fanatics and enthusiasts, the colour and excitement of the Fringe is reflected on the screen of Shoot The Fringe II.
