Beneath the BDDY as a cultural construct lurks an experience of the senses. All our interactions with the world arise from our bodies' necessity to give/receive. This installation reminds of bodily experiences which reach beyond cultural contingency-and beyond the gender specific-into the common ground of human corporality.
