The Symposium explores love from diverse cultures and focuses on the dark side of Eros. The film is about women and their concept of love throughout the ages through myths, songs, dances, philosophical and spiritual dialogues. (Celtic, American Indian, Indian, Inuit, Greek, Anglo-Saxon cultures are explored.)
