The Palmer Sculpture Biennial 2010 will include artists from South Australia, Vic., N.S.W., Queensland, England,Germany, Indonesia and Holland responding to the rain shadow landscape of Palmer. No restrictions are placed on the artists- stand alone, ephemeral, environmental, installation and performance works can be produced over the 400 acre property.
