In 2010 four acting students from the Adelaide College of the Arts devised an original piece that explores the everyday life and challenges surrounding superpowered individuals. Alphaman (Hjalmar Svenna) lives with his father Admiral Courage (Ben Crawford) while his best friend James (Tom Cornwall) is married to Venus Flytrap (Sara Lange), Alphaman's arch nemesis. The four characters deal with the pressures of media, relationships and loss. A comedy/drama which was well recieved in its debut season returns for the 2011 Fringe. Action! Romance! Comedy! Lycra!
