A hermit, sleepless in a night when the moon is full, sings, writes and dances& & , till she suddenly meets the moon& .. The inspiration of La Lune Souffle comes from Chinese Taoistic expression that the moon is a living thing. It symbolizes the impermanent changing and beauty of fulfillment, the perfection, the oneness. It is the same manifestation in Zen Buddism -Without flow. La Lune Souffle was created in 2009 by Sun Li Tsuei and has played in Avignon Festival 2009 and 2010, and has gained great responses from both audience and critics. Press excerpts: "The time suspends its own,& & & Kung Fu in Chinese means to develop one_x0019_ s art with the time, Sun Li Tsuei has shown her perfection with the time & & & .slow and intensive movements made her transform illusively into a state as an animal or a plant. What an original and essential research of performing art!" Jean-Michel Gautier La Marseillaise 29 July 2010
