Inspired by the Australian open space, light and aridity as well as the experience of migration, these three dimensional works utilise new sound and lighting technologies, as well as layering effects and weaving and casting techniques. The works act metaphorically to signal the significant environmental concerns that face human beings both nationally and globally, and the general sense of disquiet accompanying this.
