Spirited and sophisticted, this trio of female musicians presents a not to be missed musical event,'Skirtszando', at the beautiful Scots Church, North Terrace, 1 March for both the person new to classical music and the seasoned concert goer. This unusual combination of mezzo-soprano , cello and piano allows credible performance of much loved works by Bach, Brahms (Opus 91), Handel and Purcell arias and also lesser known works written for that specific combination such as the Cantos De Adveniento by the Chilean composer, Juan Orrego-Salas. Each artist has an independent professional performing career appearing in concerts and in Jill's case operas, on a regular basis. Their combined virtuosity and artistry is sure to entertain and enthrall.
