YANTRA _x0013_ 'Energetic Signatures of the Universe' ADELAIDE PLANETARIUM By Sacred Resonance The Fringe Festival 2012 show YANTRA, brings together the latest in digital projection, surround sound and animations of the inner and outer universe. Premiering for Fringe Festival 2012 and presented in Adelaide planetarium, a full dome environment. This show is titled YANTRA _x0013_ 'Energetic Signatures of the Universe' encompasses fractal geometric patterns and animations of space of what could be called the multi-verse. Darren Curtis and Bradley Pitt of Sacred Resonance are co-directors and curators of YANTRA that will run in three separate shows on Saturday March 10th 2012 for 60min. This show is based on the concepts of the Indian Yantra (which are the energetic signatures or mandala's of creation). In this the audience will behold fractal geometries and Hubble animations from deep space that weave a web of color in full dome viewing. All this is fused with meditative cosmic sound-scapes using actual sounds of space from NASA and music of traditional Indian systems. The focal point of YANTRA is a new digital art work titled _x0018_ YANTRA_x0019_ , by the new media creative team of Darren Curtis and Bradley Pitt of Sacred Resonance. Darren Curtis and Bradley Pitt have successfully brought together the idea of immersive cinema in a full dome work, which surrounds you on every side encompassing all the senses into an exotic meditative experience! _x001C_ YANTRA brings together the latest in creative cinema and meditative electronic sound-scapes of the universe. Its exciting to work in a intimate space that creates a real 3D effect without glasses, full dome movies are the next stage of immersive cinema_x001D_ , says Darren.
