A series of screenings of collected narrative works featuring 'Vox Populi' directed by Dennis Marasigan. Political activist Connie is running for mayor of a small town and is in the last day of her campaign. To ensure her win, she will need to secure the support of voters and financiers in the face of varying, and even conflicting, desires and agendas. Philippines, English subtitles. This event supports cultural sector projects being undertaken by Philippine and South Australian based arts and cultural workers. Part proceeds will be donated to the Philippine Centre Project, an initiative spearheaded by local communities.
