SA's outdoor party collective Astral Lotus is teaming up with Caos Events to celebrate the end of the 2013 Fringe Festival with the 'Freak Nation Closing Street Party'. Headlining act eMDee is a high energy, high tech didgeridoo meets drum & bass performance group from the Northern Territory.
