Returning after a sold-out season of Bienvenue a Brelville at the 2010 Adelaide Fringe Festival, Catch Wave Collective is once more teaming up with Principal players of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra to present a wistful and inspiring exploration of the life and music of folk idol and human rights activist Joan Baez, whose songs formed part of the soundtrack of a generation, and whose dedication to social justice helped form its conscience. Backed by the sweet sounds of their ukele and autoharp, Sydney-based performers Clementine Mills and Sarah Hansen have teamed up with ASO's Dean Newcomb and Jackie Hansen to bring this stirring show to life.
