Stemming from an eclectic mix of house and chill-out beats, Melody Of Mars originated from the studio production house Ariya, a partnership between Anthony J Hicks keyboard player, producer, songwriter and Mel Drabic singer, songwriter. In creating a live sound Ariya adopted the malleable drumming grooves of Mark Sywak, vibrant saxophonist Billy Kriaris and rock orientated bass player Cory Heneker. Together Melody Of Mars crosses genre boundaries in bringing doses of jazz, blues, drum & bass and house to it's contagious chill-out sounds.
