A girl joins a choir after being dropped from her last one. And the one before that. And the one before that. Two of the most exciting new voices in independent theatre - comedic storyteller Sarah Collins and powerhouse theatre company Attic Erratic - bring you a tale of isolation, connectedness, unrequited love and madness... A dark comedic tale of dedicated choir girl whose single-minded passion is accompanied by a live choral score that will blow you to the wall. 'Choir Girl' is “an enthralling, brilliant, hilarious, dark show! Go see it!! FIVE STARS” - Creativity Australia, 2012 Sarah's signature quirky story-telling style has been flawlessly blended with a fourteen-member all woman choir singing harmonious arrangements of Top 20 pop hits and golden oldies. As the choir haunt our storyteller through her darkly comic tale the audience is taken on a journey from perfection to obsession. A tantalising coupling of stellar artistic talent, come along to laugh, obsess and harmonise with us. Playing Adelaide Fringe for a strictly limited season only - one week, no extensions! 'Entertaining from start to finish' - The Age 'Adorable, ****' - Herald Sun 'A triumph of low-fi charm, ****' - Richard Watts
