"HAYRIDE" is loosely based on the format of the legendary "Louisiana Hayride" of the 1940's and 50's. It’s a return to the golden era of country, roots and rockabilly music. Experience a high quality, cabaret-style, live music variety show performed by well-respected, accomplished South Australian musicians. The evening opens with an emcee as an old style radio broadcaster, with the show recorded live in the "Louisiana Hayride" tradition. Be charmed by the innocent brilliance of country music's "The Banjo Girl", Taylor Pfeiffer. Award winning soloist, Tristan Newsome, creates a unique mood with Americana country songs, reminiscent of the days of Johnny Cash and Hank Williams.
