“A tar black comedy two hander” NNNNN NOW MAGAZINE “Suspenseful, disturbing and hysterically funny” THEATREMANIA “Do yourself a favour and go see this show!” WWW.THEATREISNTDEAD.COM Described as a comedy with dark circles under its eyes, Raton Laveur (French for Raccoon) won audiences over in its sold out premiere season with reviewers naming it “irresistible” and a “comedic goldmine”. The play tells the story of Phil and Lily who have moved to Toronto to pursue Lily's dreams. Phil, finding himself at loose ends, becomes obsessed with the nest of raccoons living behind the creperie where he works. As Phil descends deeper into paranoia, things take a violent turn, and Lily is left cleaning up the mess. A comedy about love, relationships and knives that cut through bone. This will be a production not to be missed! Featuring Ben Noble (an Award Winning Australian Playwright and Actor) and Wendy Bos (Hawke, McLeods Daughters, & award winning artist with Floogle Theatre Company). Fairly Lucid Productions is proud to introduce to Adelaide audiences what reviewers have called “compelling theatre” from artists described as “powerful and provocative”. BEWARE: The Raccoon King has arrived. Contains Adult Themes and Graphic Violence.
