The events are held in a private house in central Adelaide and the meals are chef prepared vegetarian banquet. It is the ongoing project of interdisciplinary artist Honi Ryan. who has held Silent dinners in 8 countries, including Australia, USA (New York), Mexico (City), The United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Lebanon (Beirut), China (Shanghai and Nan Tong), Germany (Cologne) and have enjoyed sold out seasons at Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe festivals. Last year, the project was nominated for the Adelaide Fringe award for innovation. They continue to intrigue global participants, students and critics. It's very easy, just come and be yourself, without words, and become a part of a side-splittling and utterly delectable Silent Social Sculpture!
