The Bailey Brothers debuts at the Adelaide Fringe with a show from their hearts and souls. They are long time fans and players of eclectic styles of music and put their own refreshing brand on well known styles and songs. The Bailey Brothers are a band of seasoned Adelaide based musicians comprising: Mark Bailey (vocals, percussion) with a voice that can range from elevator to gravel. Rick Costin (bass guitar, vocals) provides the grinding backbone of the groove. Jake Costin (keyboards) is an exceptional talent able to recreate soaring melodies whilst main-taining a solid base for the band. Mark Gishen (guitars, vocals) weaves between percussive rhythm and subtle riffs. Darren Lambert (drums, percussion) drives the whole lot together with pounding rhythm. The Bailey Brothers are excited to bring to the Fringe a brand new show titled ‘PsychoDelia and the Glorious Mongrels’, which is an exploration of psychedelic music from the era of the late 1960s, from bands such as The Doors, The Beatles, The Animals, Jefferson Airplane, The Rolling Stones, and a few way more obscure gems that you just won’t want to miss.
