Nexus presents an exciting exhibition by renowned Iranian born artist Siamak Fallah. Over four weeks, Siamak will explore the concept of the mother tongue using live art, installation, philosophy and collaboration. The first week will be an extended philosophical discussion, with different speakers every night, and an installation taking shape throughout the week. The second week will see an exhibition of Saad works depicting Detention Centres while another live installation takes place around them. Week three will see local artists talking about their works ahead of a special ceremony representing the different language groups in SA. Week four will be a final celebration of the Mother Tongue not to be missed! Further program details will be available in February
