This region is emerging as the locale for choice, and conviviality! 24 hours Semaphore Alive is a Fringe Festival on the fringe of normality. Visitors are invited to open their eyes, their mouths and their wallets (but only a little). This is the launch of Semaphores third major annual festival, and everyones invited to help celebrate, especially families. Inspired by the Adelaides Fringe's success, and the Premier,s vision it will also launch a year-round Fringe Programme, similar to New York's "High Line" community initiative.
