24 hours FRINGE @ Semaphore Urban High Street Festival provides a taste of the unique offerings of the region, which has played an important role in Kaurna, and "early settler" history, in SA, since time immemorial. Now it's playing a leadership role ib local, and tourist Urbanism, with themes of sustainability, recycling, diverse food choices and accessible/participatory art and "culture". Welcoming locals, and suprised tourists share the High Street and contribute to it's livelyness, and saftey!
