Joanne Shaw Taylor It’s been a wild ride for young English guitar sensation Joanne Shaw Taylor - from her discovery at age 16 by Dave Stewart of the Eurhythmics, to her recent appearance with Annie Lennox at The Queen’s Jubilee concert. In that time she’s won best female vocalist at the British Blues Awards twice, toured the globe with the likes of BB King and Joe Bonamassa made two smashing appearances at Byron Bay’s iconic Bluesfest and released three critically acclaimed albums. In a few short years Shaw Taylor has gone from promising young blues talent to a bona fide force on the international music scene.
