Windsor Calisthenics Club is offering a series of FREE workshops on the art of calisthenics. Participants will be able to experience first hand the grace, style and fun of this very unique performing art. Participants will run through a series of items involving apparatus, free exercises, dance, singing, aesthetic and costuming. In small workshops, they will be given an introduction to what makes this such an enjoyable art for children of all ages. Promoting, fun, flexibility and a family environment, not to mention a favorable price tag, these workshops are sure to inspire a budding young performer. There is no need to book, just show up on the day!
